How to Report Infringement

- The specific location of the material on this Site, ideally a direct URL.
- Your name, email address, and any other contact information we can use to reach you.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, an agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming the above information is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
What Happens Next
Once we receive a complete notice, we’ll review it and remove or restrict access to the material if the claim checks out.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can submit a counter-notice through the contact page including:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or the result of misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal court for your district.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content, and where appropriate, take further action against users found to be repeat infringers.
